Not a day goes by when we don’t count our blessings for this magical place we call work. Flora Farms means so much to the people who come to visit in addition to the people who work here, day in, day out.
But every once in a while, we are given an extra special reminder of how lucky we are. And in this case, we want to share a story that is the very epitome of what Flora Farms truly represents.
A beautiful family recently reached out to us to let us know that they came to visit Flora Farms back in early 2018 and left for home in possession of an incredible gift. A seemingly already complete family with 3 children, they came to eat at the farm, following in the footsteps of so many other wonderful people in search of a unique dining experience.
The farm set the scene for an unforgettable night: a warm and inviting place to unwind amongst friends and family, delicious food prepared with love and an indescribable ambiance that’s hard to find anywhere else.
How heart-warming it has been to learn that the gift they received that night was their unplanned, but a very much-loved daughter, Flora. Now a 17-month old toddler, Flora is our first official farm-baby (that we know of)!
Hearing about the arrival of sweet baby Flora serves as a reminder to us of what we work so hard to provide at the farm: authentic connection, made with love.
