The Lofts at Flora represents the third and likely final real estate community to be developed on Flora Farms. Currently under construction, phase one (of two) of The Lofts at Flora will feature eight Studios, two 1.5 Bedroom and two 2.5 bedroom dwellings.

Each Studio will feature:

  • Sleeping for up to 4 guests

  • 1 king bed plus a sleeper sofa

  • 1 full bathroom, appointed with Santo Cabo soap.

  • Luxury bedding and appointments throughout

  • Harvesting privileges —the right to pick from the private gardens

  • Access to the private and heated community saltwater pool and hot tub

  • Access to private bocce ball courts and lawn games
